Job Description:

We are seeking an Engineer to join our team with a focus on safety, production, and maintenance improvements. The ideal candidate will analyze processes, recommend improvements, and mentor team members to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze safety, production, and maintenance processes for margin improvement.
• Review OEM processes and recommend standard work procedures.
• Monitor production and quality control systems to identify trends and process issues.
• Mentor personnel to build leadership and efficiency.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members to minimize miscommunications.
• Collaborate with senior staff on safety, finance, and purchasing issues.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE

• BS in an Engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of heavy manufacturing experience (wood industry preferred).
• Strong experience in Process Engineering, Mechanical, and Computer Data Manipulation.
