- Has 5+ years of direct management experience, specifically managing multiple crews
- Ability to LEAD BY EXAMPLE with great organizational, leadership and time management skills
- Desire for professional development; Wants to grow their management career with a clear road to General Management
- Enjoys developing a team and helping them reach goals to achieve success!
- The ability to contribute as part of the executive team
The role is responsible for the overall management of the landscaping crews which includes everything needed to be successful from contract through completion. The role is more than a title.
