Patient Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage Office Communication: Check office voicemails and respond promptly.
● Patient Check-In: Greet patients warmly, confirm appointment details in Dentrix, and
ensure all personal and insurance information is up to date.
● Payment Collection: Collect and record payments, issue receipts, and update the
system. Hand over cash payments to the manager immediately.
● Appointment & Schedule Management: Monitor provider schedules, verify insurance
eligibility, and ensure accurate appointment descriptions and corresponding values.
● Patient Communication: Send personalized emails such as welcome, follow-up, and
treatment reminders.
● Schedule Optimization: Fill schedules to meet daily goals, confirm appointments, and
follow up on unscheduled patients.
● Patient Check-Out: Assist providers with check-out, schedule follow-up appointments,
and submit billing claims.
Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and focused on delivering excellent patient care while keeping schedules and billing accurate.
Compensation: $50k - $56k ($25-$28/ hour)
Hours:
Monday - Friday- 9 am - 5 pm
