Radiology Technicians

 Our client is a growing radiology practice located in the greater DMV area. They are looking for Radiology Technicians to join their team of professionals. 

Overview of position and duties:

Conduct various diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, mammograms, PET scans, and sonography. Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring safety and functionality. Position patients for optimal image quality. Follow protocols for accurate results. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals for analysis. Maintain patient records confidentially. Adhere to aseptic and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

• 6+ years' experience as an X-ray Technician or equivalent.
• Proficiency in diverse diagnostic imaging procedures: X-rays, CT scans, mammograms, PET scans, and sonography.
• Deep understanding of human anatomy 
• Knowledgeable in medical terminology and imaging techniques.
• Skilled in operating and resolving issues with imaging equipment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocols.
• Strong communication abilities for patient and professional interactions.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
