  • Design and analyze structural systems and components for various construction projects.
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports using drafting software such as MicroStation and Revit
  • Perform calculations and simulations using engineering software like Mathcad and FEA
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and provide recommendations for repairs or modifications
  • Review project plans and specifications to identify potential design issues or conflicts
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering
  • Proficiency in drafting, technical writing, and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis, system design, and project engineering principles
  • Experience with software such as MicroStation, Mathcad, Revit, and FEA
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
